Applies to all apps developed by John Goering including Mindscope, Mindscope 2, SmoothTrack, and In-Flight Assistant.

I DO NOT STORE ANY OF YOUR DATA. EVER. I physically can't. I have nowhere to store it. I don’t even have a server any of the apps could connect to, or even a database to store it. So if the FBI asked to see your data, I wouldn’t have anything to show them. Additionally I do not pass any of your data to a third party (since I don't collect any data in the first place).

Special notes for SmoothTrack:

For the SmoothTrack app, this explicity includes any information collected by the camera or TrueDepth API...this data is ONLY sent to your own PC.

Does SmoothTrack collect or store my face data? No. It only passes your face data on to your own PC for you.

Does SmoothTrack use the face data for any other purpose than to pass it on to my own local PC? No.

Does SmoothTrack disclose the face data in any way to a third party? No.

Does SmoothTrack share the face data in any way with a third party? No.

Does SmoothTrack retain the face data in any way? No.
